LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Provide hands-on landscape services to residential and commercial properties to include

• Mow grass, prune trees and shrubs, spray and/or pull weeds according to
  
  

instructions and planned design of landscaped area

• Remove rubbish and trash from maintenance properties and disposes properly
• Assist and/or repair irrigation as they are needed and scheduled
• Communicate with staff and supervisor needs or deficiencies related to landscape
  
  

maintenance

• Educate general labor personnel on proper maintenance techniques
• Report any problems that arise to the Landscape Supervisor
