The Worcester Art Museum is looking for an ambitious, community-focused individual to fill the role of Head Librarian. This full-time role will manage day-to-day operations of the library collection, respond to inquiries from both internal and external community members, and oversee the archive collection. Requirements
Key Requirements:
- M.S degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution.
- Experience overseeing staff or volunteers
- Comprehensive experience managing library collections
- Foundational knowledge of archival practices (formal archivist training not required)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
