What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting adults and youths with disabilities or other barriers to employment to obtain a job.
- Creating career goals with your clients and helping with their job search.
- Teaching vocational skills: interview preparation, writing resumes and cover letters.
- Coaching: provide on-site support for your clients’ work as they learn the responsibilities of the role.
- Transporting clients to and from work and meetings for the job search within the community.
- Business developing: foster relationships with local businesses to find opportunities for clients.
- Writing daily notes, track monthly progress and goals using our online portal.
About You:
- You have a passion for helping others and a knack for connecting with people.
- You’re curious, outcome-driven, and love to ask questions.
- You're interested in Human Services and thrive being out in the community – you prefer to leave the desk behind!
- You are a covered driver for an auto insurance policy & are comfortable transporting others in your vehicle.
