You will receive comprehensive offsite training to ensure your continued success, and your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure and potential bonuses for self-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a clean driving record and travel to customer homes to conduct HVAC system evaluations and sales presentations.

- Extensive experience selling HVAC systems with financing options and explaining payment plans to customers.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on articulating the value of HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, optimizing time for HVAC sales appointments.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
