Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Spray Painter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience with spray systems, paint mixing, and coating application. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Schedule
**6 AM- 4 PM Monday-Thursday**
Responsibilities
- Operate spray guns to apply paint evenly on surfaces.
- Mix and cut paint with solvents for proper application.
- Use a pot pressure system to apply coatings.
- Ensure even finishes, avoiding runs and dry spots.
- Work with wet coatings and follow proper application techniques.
- Maintain and clean spray equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of spray systems and application techniques.
- Experience using a spray gun for coating surfaces.
- Familiarity with pot pressure systems and wet coatings.
- Ability to mix and prepare paint with solvents.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred but not required.
