Logistics Data and Trend Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to Management team.

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

• Consults with Sr Accounting Manager and all levels of DC Management.

Education and/or Experience:

• 1-year experience with Accounting or Finance background
• 1-2 years’ experience in Transportation

Computer Skills:

• Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
• Experience in Truckmate software preferred
• Experience in SAP accounting system preferred

Reasoning Ability:

• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Required)
• Transportation management systems: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
