Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check members in and out, verifying memberships and guest passes.
• Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about memberships, classes, and facility information.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk area, maintain cleanliness and organization, and handle paperwork.
• Membership Management: Register new members, update member information, and process payments.
• Class and Appointment Scheduling: Assist with scheduling classes and personal training appointments.
• Security: Monitor gym access, enforce policies, and ensure facility security.
• Clean and sanitize equipment: Clean equipment in all areas of the center.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Friendly, helpful, and patient with members and guests.

2. Business Hours: Monday to Friday 5am to 10 pm Saturday & Sunday 8am to 8pm
3. Attire: gym t-shirt, workout pants and sneakers
4. Open to hire if successful completion
