We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fitness Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. Duties
- Supervise and train fitness staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies.
- Manage cash register operations and Point of Sale (POS) systems for accurate financial transactions.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring that all fitness equipment and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Utilize math skills for budgeting purposes, analyzing financial reports, and making informed decisions.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and member engagement.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with members and potential clients.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote fitness programs and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the fitness industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Proficiency in cash register operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
