IFC’s Human Resources (HR) Department provides strategic partnership to the business to develop and implement workforce strategies and meet organizational goals, including attracting, developing and deploying diverse and skilled talent. • Client Services – offers strategic HR partnership, program implementation, support and solutions to staff and management globally; IFC HR is seeking an Extended Term Consultant (ETC) to develop and implement the department’s knowledge management (KM) strategy. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – supports the organization to build a diverse workforce, embrace equity, and foster an inclusive workplace;
• Employment Framework and Recruitment – develops and supports HR strategy, policies/procedures, communications, and knowledge management; drives HR initiatives, such as staff engagement and Board reporting; and delivers recruitment solutions;
• Talent and Incentives – designs best practice HR solutions in onboarding, mentoring, career management and mobility, performance/talent management, incentives and awards, and leadership development.
• Manage the inventory, audit, governance, and editorial calendar for HR KM content;
• Coordinate with HR subject matter experts to develop and implement a suite of knowledge products targeted towards key stakeholders aligned with the IFC People Strategy;
• Work closely with HR Communications Officer to ensure consistent branding and positioning across IFC HR’s KM channels and materials;
• Coordinate the organization, categorization, structure, and workflow for content on the IFC HR intranet and ensure content is relevant, easy to find and up to date;
• Manage and maintain IFC HR’s internal knowledge sharing platform on Teams, ensuring that content is relevant, easy to find and up to date;
• Establish and monitor protocols for storage, sharing and migration of information on other internal platforms, including SharePoint and OneDrive, and conform with corporate requirements;
• Create and edit knowledge sharing content, including presentations, emails, announcements, posters, videos, blogs, newsletters, Yammer and other social media posts, organizational charts, talking points and reports;
• Develop content for eLearning and online collaboration tools to reinforce learning and promote knowledge sharing;
• Provide capacity building for HR colleagues, especially new hires, to ensure they are familiar with internal HR content and knowledge management protocols;
• Coordinate a network of knowledge management champions in IFC HR;
• Liaise with WBG and IFC communications teams, IT teams, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate content efforts;
• Provide metric reports on usage of key information and use it to drive decision-making on effective content and channels.
Selection Criteria
• Master's degree (Communications, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Management, Information Technology or other related field) and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, communications and content management, preferably in an international organization or multi-national company, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
• Experience in designing and driving a content and knowledge program, with a focus on content strategy, content management, information architecture, content analytics, content collections and workflow and adoption;
• Proficient in SharePoint, Adobe suite, all Microsoft Office products, and basic graphic design
• Self-motivated, creative, with excellent organizational skills and proven ability to perform multiple tasks, organize large volumes of work and set priorities under conflicting pressures;
• Strong oral and written communications, presentation and editing skills in English; and
• Professional integrity, willingness and flexibility to 'roll-up your sleeves' to engage in all aspects of HR work from identification and design to implementation.

Note: The selected candidate will be offered a one-year appointment, renewable for an additional one year, at the discretion of the World Bank Group, and subject to a lifetime maximum ET Appointment of two years.
