We are a fast-growing company in the design and manufacture of custom embroidered, direct embroidered and screen-printed emblems.


Job Summary

Perform functions to oversee assigned major account’s performance by ensuring maintenance and growth of such accounts, making decisions guided by precedent and within the limits of established policies. This role will be ideal for an applicant that is located in the west part of the US especially in Southern California, Oregon or Washington.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Onboard new major accounts by doing installs of products, training client’s staff and deploying World Emblem tools to ensure the client’s success on product platform.
  • Develop and review strategies to maximize revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Ability to introduce new products to assigned client base when receiving resistance from client.
  • Weekly communication with assigned client base via phone or email, in addition to quarterly physical site visits. Must reach out to and have meetings scheduled with multiple contacts to ensure client engagement, to include the General Managers.
  • Review client’s business processes and have the ability to define process and determine if automation or better client integration is possible to ensure retention of client.
  • Analyze trends and training opportunities within assigned clients to increase engagement
  • Reach or exceed sales goals for assigned territory.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan trips to and from client visits within the Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy guidelines.
  • Accurately measure activity and enter into Rhythm system for weekly sales meetings.
  • Track and enter all required work activities in CRM.
  • Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures while performing the work.
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
  • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
  • Perform or assist with any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned to maintain workflow and meet schedules.

Supervisory Responsibility

No supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Production Management, Process Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university, and 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing or territory account management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Six Sigma Certification preferred, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

  • Excellent management skills including planning, organizing, decision making, motivating and leading with a high degree of interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet design and maintenance, navigating in databases, and creating presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and provide guidance to all employee levels.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Requires detail orientation and attention Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends/holidays as needed to meet deadlines.

Tools & Equipment Used

Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, occasionally climb and lift up to 35 lbs.

Travel

Work may involve traveling to client or company sites up to 60% of the time.
