What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Custodial Supervisor position at World Management?
Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working candidate to lead our team and ensure that our client's facilities are clean and well-maintained. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of St. Louis regional rail network, of the Metro-Link. Also performing tasks such as inspections and inventory management. The selected candidates must have strong leadership abilities and attention to detail. Candidate must also be willing to step up and help the team in the case of personnel shortages. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle as you will be expected to commute between East St. Louis and Missouri facility. Canidate must have open availability.
Starting pay is $19.00 per hour but is negotiable for experienced candidates.
This is a leadership role with room for growth in management positions for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- 1 year minimum of experience in a leadership role
- Must have reliable transportation.
