Since 2008, World of Wonder Childcare Center has been a joyful cornerstone in the Southwest area of Hoboken. What started as one center grew into two after eight years, and in early 2023, we proudly celebrated the opening of our third location.
Now, as we prepare to expand again with a brand-new center in Jersey City, we are looking to add a dedicated leadership team member who will collaborate with us and help lead our centers into this exciting new chapter.

The Role
As a Full-Time Director and member of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations with excellence
- Collaborating with owners and peers to shape program development
- Leading, mentoring, and empowering staff
- Building meaningful family and community connections
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (CDA, AA, BA, or higher – Bachelor’s required)
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid within the first 30 days.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week.
- Commitment to a 9:30 am – 6:30 pm schedule during the first year.
Center Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
- No nights, weekends, or 14 major holidays
