We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team!3rd Shift

Tuesday - Friday 4 : 00pm - 2 : 30amWhy should you join the AT&T Lab team?Our partnership allows AT&T to do what they do best by engineering and architecting the solution, while WWT provides the hands-on assembling and distribution of the integrated solution.

Our Lab team provides top of the line support with the production and deployment of the Walk in Cabinets (WIC), Walk Up Cabinets (WUC), Integration Services, Platforms, FLX21 group, and assisting on handheld devices as well as r ecertification of smaller components, functional items, and radios

Job Summary : Production Supervisors are responsible for directly overseeing a team of associates and / or technicians who are accountable for meeting customer demands.

Sets and delegates day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives. Responsibilities include leading, developing, providing training / direction, coaching and assessing team members, scheduling resources to meet deadlines, and monitoring production and work quality and coach on performance.

Directly monitors daily, weekly & monthly KPIs and collaborates with team in achieving goals and objectives.Responsibilities : Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as requiredEnsure that the operational staff is qualified and adequately trainedResearch customer impacting issues at a level to be able to provide root cause and corrective actionEffectively collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate issue resolution, share production status, and other instances as required by the business and daily goalsFacilitate a fair and effective hiring process as requiredExecution on customer driven requirementsLeading and developing a team of full-time & subcontractor diverse associates with the focus of motivating, mentoring, and coaching them within WWT's Integrated Management Principle's and Core ValuesExecutes leadership activities (One on Ones, Employee Reviews, etc.

Evaluates team members performance and provides feedbackEngages their team during each shift to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and attendance performancePromotes trust and HPT through coaching, appreciation, and recognitionProactively plans for upcoming production workExercises sound judgment ensuring that SLA's and KPI targets are worked towards and met by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production goalsEngaged fully with enabling policy, process, Standards and GovernanceAble to address operational and personnel issues affecting their functional areaManages escalations from Team & CustomersDrives collaborative activities through our operations, order operations, logistics and support teams to scale and standardize operational efficiencies.

Works closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiativesTakes proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all shifts and among the departmentDrives the training and integration of their team, while motivating and inspiring forward progressLeverages peers and associates by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plansParticipates in recruitment activities for their perspective teams

Qualifications : Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree Related Field preferred

Work ExperienceA minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred
