Responsibilities:

• Understanding and effectively communicating the quote to cash process and implications to all teams within Finance and outside of Finance (AR, AP, inventory, order setup, tax, international etc.)
• Manages AR Invoice Discrepancy Tickets: Responsible for managing invalid invoices and resolving them collectively with Operations & Accounting, and ultimately closing tickets when resolution is achieved
• Supports Accounting Operations Leads to ensure accurate monthly reporting to Stakeholders
• Identifies and challenges current order setup and AR challenges while also playing an active role in redesign, testing, training, and rollout of new processes and enhancements
• Evaluates revenue recognition in relation to customer invoicing and collaborates with stakeholders to reduce process delays
• Serves as the first level of escalation when AR Processor’s encounter submission issues; troubleshoot root cause and resolution

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field required
• Accounting knowledge and experience preferred
• Oracle knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite skills required
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrates customer focus (internal and external)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business preferred
• Personal time management skills and organization
• A high level of integrity, positive energy and a commitment to preserving the company core values and culture
