POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Truck Inventory Specialist is to perform administrative functions necessary for truck inventory management and sales, including receiving truck invoices, warranty registrations, completing title work and assist in other accounting and clerical duties related to truck sales operations. Work in a faced paced environment that encourages input and suggestions from its team members to maintain the most efficient work processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, scan and post invoices
Enter truck specification data into dealer management and customer relationship software
Manage and track truck title work
Register extended warranty purchases
Enter journal entries into the general ledger
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
Experience working in an office environment with accounting functions preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS
Requires excellent communication, organizational and administrative support skills
Must have the poise and confidence necessary to make routine decisions to address the needs of the truck sales accounting department
Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask
