WOW Logistics Tukwila Distribution Center is now hiring for a 1st Shift Operations Coordinator!
WOW Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work in the office of our Tukwila Distribution Center. This front office clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center
- Communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees via email, telephone, or in person
- Data Entry of inventory, and bills of lading
- Problem solving and quality control as requested by customer
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Preferred knowledge in a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Exceptional math skills with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, and under little supervision
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
