WOW Logistics WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center is now hiring for a 1st Shift Operations Coordinator!

WOW Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work in the office of our WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center. This front office clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees. The hours of this position are first shift Monday through Friday, with some flexibility due to business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Coordination of all loads entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees.
• Data entry of all inventories creating invoices and bills of lading.
• Problem solving and quality control as requested by customer.
• Inventory control.
• Forklift operation shipping and receiving customer product in a manner consistent with company established standards for safety, security, productivity, and accuracy.
• Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds.

Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
