Job position description:
We are looking for energetic advocates to join our team. As a Supported Employment Specialist at Wraparound Maryland, you will assist in the development of effective Individualized Vocational Plans for persons with mental illness who have expressed interest in finding employment in accordance with state and agency policies and procedures under the direction of the Supported Employment Supervisor. Provide work-site job coaching once participants become employed. Individualized follow-along supports to assist participants with maintaining employment. Provide education and support to employers when necessary and with proper consent of working consumers. Collaborate with the assigned Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) counselor as necessary.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
