Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online ratings and reviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote positive content.
- Analyze trends and report on online reputation metrics.
- Address negative comments and reviews, working to resolve customer issues.
- Engage with online communities to foster a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.
About You
