Wright, Constable & Skeen, LLP is looking for experienced candidates to join our nationally acclaimed concierge business immigration team in our Bethesda, MD office. We concentrate on physician immigration. Opportunity to work with nation's best immigration attorneys on an experienced and knowledgeable team. Challenging and fast-paced environment, including contact with great clients and government officials. Looking for a high energy person with ability to work independently in a high-volume caseload environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing nonimmigrant petitions and applications, including but not limited to B-1/B-2, E-1/E-2, E-3, F-1 Stem, H1B, J-1, L-1, and TN.
- J-1 Physician waivers.
- Hands on with preparing clients for nonimmigrant visa interviews.
- Prepare immigrant cases, such as PERM labor certification, Physician National Interest petitions (I-140s) and I-485 applications.
Have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Windows
- Experience using INSZoom or Lawlogix is a bonus!
- Have a great personality and people skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
