Polyurea Spray

WTB is seeking an oilfield experienced, strong work ethics and goal orient in Midland, Texas and its territory.

WTB Spray is a leading provider of spray applied Polyurea Elastomers, Polyurethane Foam, Oilfield battery containment, environmental spill control system, Flowline Safety Restraints and other Oilfield rental equipment such as Shower trailers, Trash trailers, Light tower etc. WTB Spray's polyurea protective coatings provide value-added solutions by significantly increasing investment’s service life at a fraction of the replacement cost.

Will work with a variety of products in various oilfield location. This position will help get the truck, trailer, and materials ready for each project. This position will perform duties related to the application of spray, painting, and polyurea throughout the entirety of each project.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute polyurea platform application activities inclusive of existing, and new customers, maintenance of equipment and raw materials inventory.

· Prepare materials and setup equipment for each job

· Follow procedures and obtain quality results in a timely manner.

· Ensure compliance with all WTB policies and business strategies including EH&S, business conduct, code of ethics, and all governmental regulations and laws regarding Polyurea spray

· Perform routine maintenance of rig and equipment

· Performs and leads field spraying job relating to secondary and battery containments

· Monitor material levels and overall well-being of equipment

· Monitor production levels and timelines to meet project expectations and deadlines

· Ensure clean job site

Skills and Requirements:

· Experience with polyurea spray and/or other specialty coatings is required

· Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

· Proven problem-solving and solution-oriented work ethic.

· Minimum of 2 years of related experience

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to influence, motivate and work as a team

· Mentoring, training and strong leadership skills

· Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.

· Valid driver’s license is required

· Flexible schedule and willingness to travel
