The Role at a Glance:
As a Bartender, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages to our guests. Your role will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.
- Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and special offerings.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, making each guest feel valued and well taken care of.

Must-Haves:

- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
