Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement : You will contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell high-quality nutraceutical products, ensuring their needs are met and they are informed about new offerings.
Product Knowledge : Master the benefits and features of the products to communicate their value to customers confidently.
Achieving Sales Targets : Focus on meeting achievable sales goals, with a generous commission structure to reward your performance.
Building Relationships : Strengthen customer loyalty by fostering trust and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Sales Strategy : There are no scripts here, call flows! We allow you to truly create your customer journey.

Salary & Benefits Package
Starting Salary : E£35,000 per month.
Bonuses : Performance-based incentives of up to E£5,000 per sale.
Holidays / Sick Leave : Generous leave policies.
Work Hours : Egypt Time : 6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday.- Saturdays if the quota isn't met. US Time : 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Friday - Saturdays if the quota isn't met.

What We’re Looking For
Key Skills Needed :
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Mental fortitude
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and upselling products.
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping customers.
Familiarity with VoIP software and CRM tools (preferred).
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer engagement roles.
Experience working with Western markets (preferred).
A laptop and a reliable internet connection are a must.
