What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Protective Services/Indian Child Welfare (APS/ICW) Social Worker position at Wyandotte Nation?

Wyandotte Nation Government is currently accepting applications for an APS/ICW Social Worker in our Family Services Department. Working closely with the ICW Supervisor, the employee will support the family services department in delivering extensive programs for tribal citizens. These programs encompass Indian Child Welfare, tribal enrollment, adult protective services (APS), and social service initiatives. The role involves offering administrative, technical, and backup support to the ICW Supervisor. A Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Work or closely related field with a minimum of two years’ work experience required. Additionally, successful candidates must undergo background checks, physical examinations, drug testing, and possess a valid driver’s license.
