Description
Utilize carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical skills in fabricating, installing and repairing of clubhouse facilities. In addition this position requires performing daily routine duties around the clubhouse and golf course rest stations.
DUTIES
- Daily routine consists of unlocking the main building, checking clubhouse lighting, checking swimming pool/spa water levels, straightening the pool furniture, maintaining pool deck.
- Daily routine plus emptying all outside trash cans, cleaning and restocking of golf course restrooms and the use of a power blower to remove leaves and debris from walkways.
- Work order repairs.
- Receiving and stocking of paper products and cleaning supplies
- Assisting the HVAC technician when required.
- All other duties assigned when needed.
