Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before they leave the kitchen.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas, including the kitchen and dining room.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth service operations.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Assist during banquet services, ensuring all food items are presented beautifully and served efficiently.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail in food presentation and order accuracy.
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation.

Pay: $14.35 - $20.00 per hour
