Operations Support Analyst (ETMS)

• Develops formal correspondence and administrative memoranda;
• Maintains office templates and ensures compliance with policy and formats;
• Coordinates customer meetings, briefings, and various staff events;
• Maintains work/staff schedules and calendars/coordinates travel requirements;
• Captures meeting minutes / writes after-action reports/tracks suspense dates;
• Applies policies and standards to ensure quality and conformance of work products; Maintains paper and digital files / SharePoint management / version controls;
• Maintains records / collects data / generates reports and memoranda; and
• Provides other administrative assistance to programs and staff as required.
• Plans, schedules and conducts analysis of project operations, procedures, and organizational structures including, identifying problems or deficiencies and recommending ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations;
• Produces and/or presents information and findings in a variety of formats (e.g. articles, papers, studies, briefings, other media, etc.);
• Independently performs administrative security management functions that service and/or fulfill organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• HS, 5 - 10-yrs. of administrative experience;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite / SharePoint / Adobe Pro;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills; and
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
