How You Will Make 10x Impact
Build and lead the Grid Solutions function
- Establish the processes and playbook for customer delivery, moving from ad-hoc processes to a repeatable, scalable professional services engine.
- Define success metrics for the team, specifically focusing on Time-to-Value (how fast is the product live?) and Screening Volume (how efficiently are we assessing opportunities?).

- Conduct rapid assessments of customer grid data (CIM, PSS/E, GIS, etc.) to determine if prospects are ready for Tapestry products
- Lead customer and partner onboarding; oversee ingestion, cleaning, and transformation of utility datasets into the Tapestry platform.
- Work closely with the customer’s engineering teams to resolve topology errors, steady-state modeling discrepancies, and data gaps.
- Train user groups on the platform, ensuring they move from "access" to "adoption" quickly.
- Lead special projects that don't fit the standard deployment box.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new use cases or test entry into new international markets.
- Feed learnings from these experiments back to Tapestry’s product roadmap
