Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for caregivers.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new caregivers.
- Ensure that caregivers meet state and federal compliance requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Accurately record employee information in our computer systems, including timesheets and payroll data.
- Supervise caregivers and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to relevant labor laws affecting homecare agencies.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and homecare software programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A compassionate attitude towards individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
- Must be bilingual in English and Korean.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred (minimum of 1 year).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
