We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to oversee sales representatives at multiple units and drive membership growth across our locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships
and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership growth across
multiple units.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams at each location to achieve and exceed
sales targets.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Partnership: Work with Learning and Development Specialist to create and implement sales training programs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and
current members to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and
develop targeted sales campaigns.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present insights and recommendations to senior
management.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and
performance of sales teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and
maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
