Requirements:
(4) years of equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code;
- Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL
- IT work experience (3-5 years);
- Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects
- Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based
- Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation (5
- Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5 years);
- Experience creating and presenting internal and external status
- Experience with Risk and Issue Management (5 years);
- Leadership experience;
- Experience with Azure cloud;
- Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with
- Experience with state government projects (preferred);
- Experience using Offender Based Information System (OBIS)
- Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment
- Experience managing large projects for a government agency
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred);
- Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management
- ITIL Service Management Foundations Certified (preferred);
- Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in
(4) years of equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled project plans;
- Serve as a liaison with users;
- Provide project progress reports to internal and external
- Manage resources for associated projects;
- Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and
Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code;
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders and IT software
- Develop As-Is, To-Be, and other required business analysis
