All Saints is currently seeking passionate, responsible, and caring individuals to join our team and help make a positive impact in the lives of the children we serve. Bruins Care hours include 3:00pm to 6:00pm daily, supervising Kindergarten through 5th Grade Students after school!

Position Overview:
As a After School Care provider, you will be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children in our care. You will work closely with a team of educators to create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children in a group setting.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and behavior.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in child care or a related field (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; education coursework or degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
