We are looking for a talented and bilingual Lead Intake Specialist to join our team in California and help us connect with individuals in need of our services. As a Lead Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, assess their needs, and guide them through the initial steps of our legal process. This role requires a deep understanding of immigration law, strong sales skills, and the ability to empathize with clients during a stressful time in their lives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Conduct thorough initial consultations to assess potential clients’ needs and determine if they are a fit for our services.
- Provide accurate information about our services and the legal process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring they feel supported from the first contact.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed lead conversion and sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in immigration law and our service offerings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of immigration law is essential.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a lead intake role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals dealing with immigration issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a nonnegotiable requirement
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Some related experience preferred.
