The Market Director is responsible for driving profitable growth by leading sales teams, managing divisional P&L, and ensuring execution excellence across sales operations, key accounts, and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own divisional P&L performance, delivering revenue growth and profitability aligned with annual budgets.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales teams using standardized sales call processes, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
• Leverage AXIS360 data-driven insights into the sales plan and drive execution with incremental sales results.
• Drive KPI achievement by reducing non-value-added activities through regular reporting, coaching, and documented follow-up.
• Partner closely with Client Development Team and internal experts to ensure best-in-class execution.
• Oversee Local List Opportunities (LLOs), including identification, assignment, balance, maintenance, and compliance with required call activity.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and effective use of the XCEED Salesforce Sales Portal (CRM).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional principals, distributors, and major operators to position XCEED as the premier agency.
• Develop and manage sales and profit budgets for approval.
• Ensure proper training, development planning, and timely performance reviews for all team members.
• Address performance issues in collaboration with the VP of Sales as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required to support divisional success.

Full Time, Exempt Position is located in the Chicago, IL office and travel will be required.
