Responsibilities Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and manage nursing care, services, and staff schedules.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain and improve patient care.
- Participate in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
- Monitor resident care plans and ensure they are effectively carried out.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of nursing practices, policies, and procedures.
