Mandatory Qualifications (MQ)
1.A minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or
complex projects.
2.A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects for government agencies.
Possession of a *Bachelor s Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required
education on a year-for-year basis.
3.A minimum of three (3) or more years of risk management experience on a project implementing or operating an EBP solution for a government agency.
Desirable Qualifications (DQ)
1.One (1) year of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects implementing Electronic Benefit Payments (EBP) for a government agency.
2.Five (5) years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects involving Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance domains.
