Project Manager Summary:
Supervise and direct all aspects of a team including maintaining schedules. Coordinate with other department heads and outside consultants for architectural design and site planning.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maintaining construction schedules, and all other aspects of construction activity and quality control.
- Review of proposals, contracts, and design drawings to ensure familiarity with project requirements.
· Responsible for the creation and maintenance of site budgets.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to review and understand drawings and specifications as well as constructability
- Ensure all project documentation, contracts, invoices, etc. are established and maintained by team
- Basic understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling
- Ability to review and understand drawings and specifications as well as constructability.
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, construction tech, interior design, business administration) is REQUIRED.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore
- Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Strong motivational, management, and organizational skills required
