Gaming PC Builder and Technician

XOTIC PC is looking for bright individuals from entry-level to enthusiasts with a passion for building standard air cooling to custom loop water-cooled PC systems. We encourage applicants who are familiar with the assembly and troubleshooting of today's latest Intel/AMD CPUs and chipset models to apply. Your main focus will be to support team members in building custom PCs to meet demands.

XOTIC PC was founded in 1999 with offices in Lincoln Nebraska that builds computers and laptops for every use. We specialize in high-performance & gaming computers but build computers for every use. Being an e-commerce company we service customers worldwide on a daily basis. More importantly, our goal is to help our clients solve their problems and provide an unforgettable experience.

What you need to be qualified for this position

• Proper understanding of how to build a PC from the ground up
• Experience with proper mounting of CPU and other components
• Understanding of AIR, AIO, and Custom Loop water-cooling systems
• Ability to follow detailed directions and be open-minded
• Cable Management Skills
• Ability to install windows and proper drivers
• Experience with today's PC benchmarking software
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs Systems
• Capable of Standing and moving between stations 80% of the time
• Ability to navigate within Windows OS and Microsoft Office

Job Duties

• Product package teardown and testing of components
• Air testing hardware to prep for water cooling
• Hardware mounting and cable routing
• Entry-level custom loop building
• Liquid cooling component prep work
• Leak testing water-cooling systems
• Logging and receiving of incoming/outgoing parts
• Be self-reliant and sufficient
• Be able to make consistent well thought-judgment calls
• Have strong organizational skills
• Be punctual, eager to work, and display a positive attitude
• Required Education: · High School or equivalent
• Recommended Experience: · PC Building 2 Years (Recent) · Production Line Process Required
• Language: · Able to Speak, Read, and Write proper English
