Job Description: As a Detailing Specialist at XPEL, you will play a key role in delivering premium automotive protection and enhancement services. This position is responsible for performing high-quality interior and exterior detailing, surface preparation, and vehicle cleaning in support of paint protection film (PPF), tint, and coating installations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in their workmanship, and maintains XPEL’s high standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is vital in ensuring that every vehicle leaves our facility looking its absolute best. CORE DUTIES Clean, protect, and preserve car interiors and exteriors Use protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles Visual inspection of vehicles both pre and post wash Transport high end vehicles to and from local shops and dealerships Promote safe, clean and respectful work environment REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles Must be dependable and have a reliable mode of transportation Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and background check Must work well with others and have good team building skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a quick paced environment XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
