Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Account Executives to engage enterprise customers, guiding them through the technical evaluation and adoption process.
- Present and demonstrate how our platform redefines enterprise operations, helping organizations shift from legacy methods to autonomous outcomes.
- Develop tailored solutions that address enterprise challenges, educating customers on new, more effective ways to achieve their desired results.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback, shape product roadmaps, and ensure seamless integrations.
- Lead technical discussions and deep-dive sessions with customers to drive strategic alignment and solution adoption.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term customer success.
