Description
AIM or MISSION: The aim of the Loading Associate is to assist in the safe loading and transport of WIP and finished goods to their destination in the facility. Assist in loading and securing finished Boat Packages onto the Hauling Trailers for Delivery to the Xpress Dealer Network.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
- Set up load bars on the hauling trailers.
- Correctly strap down boats on the hauling trailers.
- Visually inspect boats as they are loaded and report any damage.
- Double-hitch hot shot loads.
- Verify serial numbers are correct on all boat motors and trailers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILIES:
- Security of loaded materials
- Accuracy of serial numbers
- Damage to product while in care
- Following all safety guidelines
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Reliable and dependable. Safety-conscious. Strong work ethic. Attention to details.
