We are looking for someone who:
- Can communicate in English and Spanish
- Has previous experience as a lead or supervisor
- Has strong leadership and communication skills
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment & can multi-task
- Is committed to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
Position Highlights:
- $44.11-$54.03/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
- $7,500 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12-months
- Additional 4% differential for your bilingual skills
- Up to $10,000 relocation allowance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles!
- Work Schedule: Shifts include weekdays until 7pm & alternating Saturdays.

What You’ll Do:
- Care for the undeserved community in Woodburn and surrounding communities
- Support staff growth by identifying training needs and creating action plans
- Participate in recruitment, conduct orientations, and manage workflow
- Provide patient care, document health history, and assist in procedures and treatments
- Communicate with patients about medications and educate them on care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate with insurance companies and managed care plans as directed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
- One year’s experience as a Registered Nurse is required
- Oregon State RN license or ability to obtain one; if you are in a NLC state, the following requirements apply:
- Must submit proof of license in state of residence.
- Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding.
- Military Nurses are not required to obtain a NLC
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS are preferred
