Home Based Primary Care

Full-time, 40-hours per week, Monday - Friday
No call and no weekends

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Prefer 2-3 years clinical working experience as a NP/PA within the Primary Care or Urgent Care fields.
