Position OverviewThe Director of Client Experience serves as the operational and service backbone of Yarbrough Capital Advisors. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding, proactive service, and smooth day-to-day operations while working closely with advisors, custodians, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities· Client Onboarding & Account Administration
Initiate, process, and track new account openings and asset transfers
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all client documentation
· Client Service & Relationship Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
Coordinate with custodial and home-office partners to resolve service requests
Schedule and manage annual client review meetings
· Firm Operations & Support
Support advisors and team members with operational needs
Assist with firm events, meetings, and special projects
Qualifications· Required Qualifications
Ability to travel when needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Series 7, 66, 65 licenses (or willingness to pursue)
Experience in financial services or a client-facing professional role
Demonstrated initiative, leadership, or operational excellence
Experience with digital marketing and content coordination
