What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver comprehensive event marketing strategies and plans, contributing to the overall sales strategy for assigned product/market segments
- Collaborate with sales, services, and product development teams to continuously review and enhance event marketing strategies
- Manage the planning, production, and execution of all event marketing activities for assigned product/market segments
- Understand the client and prospect base to develop effective event marketing messaging and promotional strategies
- Oversee the marketing efforts for events, including messaging, promotions, and overall strategy
- Create strong calls to action to generate leads and manage the prospect funnel to achieve desired results
- Utilize various marketing systems to coordinate and deliver event marketing collateral
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of event marketing content and campaigns
- Understand and align event marketing efforts with Yardi's corporate culture, messaging, and branding
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with project and product stakeholders to ensure cohesive event marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience
- Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Determination and internal self-motivation
- Exceptional ability to articulate ideas and compose compelling written narratives
- Superior meticulousness in reviewing and refining content
- Robust ability to oversee projects, balancing and prioritizing concurrent tasks effectively
- Profound skills in building and nurturing interpersonal relationships
- Outstanding aptitude for maintaining systematic and orderly processes
- Proficient in conducting thorough research and providing insightful analysis
- Flexible working approach, capable of thriving autonomously or as part of a team
- Experience in specified product/market/industry
- Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
