This isremote job with travel to Hartford, CT (50% travel).
We are lookingfor dynamic leader with a well-balanced mix of managerial acumen, technical expertise (Data & Analytics), and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a hands-on leadership style, including a readiness to engage closely with teams on the ground on a weekly basis. This role requires someone capable of laying the foundation for long-term success while ensuring delivery of current commitments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Atleast Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
· 15 years of progressive experience in data analytics, governance or enterprise data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
· Strong command of Project governance & Stakeholder management
· Experience in managing large size teams and multiple projects
· Excellent Communication skills
· Proficiencyin modern analytics platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure/Snowflake/Databricks, Power BI,Tableau), data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, Python), and cloud eco systems or data engineering platforms (e.g., Databricks).
Primary Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer success, delivery excellence, value realization, program governance, and stakeholder relationships
· Review architectural designs to ensure alignment with customer expectations, technical standards, and best practices
· Drive technical oversight, partnership development, and business growth initiatives
· Actively engage with delivery teams to monitor project progress and provide hands-on leadership
· Remove blockers and manage risks through effective negotiation and issue resolution
· Understand the customer\'s vision and business land scape to offer strategic thought leadership and proactively propose value-adding solutions
· Plan and oversee Proof of Concept(PoC), Proof of Value (PoV), and Proof of Delivery (PoD) to the customer.
· Ensure delivery excellence across quality, financials, communications, and reporting—providing accurate,transparent status update
