Responsibilities:
- Support human resources processes by calling applicants, scheduling/conducting interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Prepare orientation materials.
- Perform background checks for potential hires.
- Audit binders for current licensure.
- Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, printing, and filing information.
- Organize work.
- Keep payroll binder updated.
- Sort and distribute checks and pay stubs.
- Answer the telephone, relay messages, and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous human resources experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- File management and data entry skills.
- Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
