JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Coordinator contributes and supports the planning and execution of projects until completed. Responsibilities include project planning, administration, and documentation in an efficient and timely manner. Further, the project coordinator's responsibilities include monitoring project progress, following up with vendors and internal customers regarding project progress or delays, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports. Finally, the project coordinator is responsible for promoting positive change through continuous improvement and participating in Operational Excellence (OE) inititives. The position will be located in our Hanover facility, but will travel and work out of both locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the planning and development of project timelines.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs, goals and progress.
- Coordinate, manage and drive project progress to include tracking and reporting throughout to meet project deadlines..
- Research information as required to understand all facets of the project.
- Perform administrative tasks such as keeping calendars, making phone calls, sending emails, scheduling meetings, etc. to achieve best outcomes and meet company goals.
- Complete any tasks assigned by supervision in an efficient and timely manner.
Project Involvement includes:
- Manufacturing process improvements
- New equipment & production line installs
- Equipment modifications & improvements
- Moving equipment
- Facility improvements, alterations & new construction

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Project coordination experience or college degree required.
- Degree in project management, engineering or related field preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am - 4 pm and is ON SITE.
Salary is based upon experience.
