Duties include but are not limited to
Filing and answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and obtaining their personal information such as address and insurance information, etc. back office duties include recording patients' vital signs, medical history, and any symptoms or concerns in preparation for visits with doctors, etc.
