The Permit Coordinator will:
- Establish network to cities, counties, municipalities, and public works departments
- Complete building permit applications based on installation and service schedule(s)
- Prepare, deliver, pick up and coordinate final inspections for all permits
- Responsible for the entire permit process from application, pick up, deliver and scheduling final inspections and escalate internally any failed inspections
- Coordinate and secure the payment for the permit applications
- Deliver permit applications to responsible municipality department and pick up when ready
- Deliver permits to applicable homeowners and oversee Final Inspections
- Support the department with administrative duties
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers
- Other duties as assigned
The Permit Coordinator Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Must a valid driver’s license
- One to two years permit related experience in the home service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
